Role Overview – MERN Stack Developer:

We are seeking talented MERN Stack Developers with at least 2 years of hands-on experience to join our growing development team in Surat. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a powerful tech stack—MongoDB (or PostgreSQL), Express.js, React.js, and Node.js—on cutting-edge AI-based web platforms.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and maintain robust web applications using React.js and Node.js
• Design, optimize, and manage databases (PostgreSQL or MongoDB)
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security
• Collaborate closely with designers, PMs, and backend/frontend engineers
• Write clean, maintainable code and perform code reviews
• Work in Agile environments with version control tools like Git
• Take part in sprint planning, estimations, and product roadmap discussions

Core Skills & Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a MERN Stack Developer or Full Stack JavaScript Developer
• Proficient in React.js—components, hooks, state management
• Backend experience with Node.js and Express.js
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL (or MongoDB), database design & query optimization
• Good understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3
• Experience with API development, authentication, and integration
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

Good to Have:

• Experience with Next.js for SSR/SSG
• Familiarity with GraphQL and advanced API design
• Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Working knowledge of Docker and containerized deployments

Education & Eligibility:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in full stack or MERN stack development
