About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced MERN Stack Developer who can work on

building scalable web applications, developing REST APIs, and enhancing

overall product performance. The ideal candidate should be comfortable

working on both the front-end (React.js) and back-end (Node.js, Express.js)

with strong hands-on experience in MongoDB.

Key Responsibilities:

⦁ Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using React.js,

Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.

⦁ Build secure, scalable, and high-performing REST APIs.

⦁ Work closely with the design, product, and QA teams to deliver high-

quality software.

⦁ Troubleshoot, test, and improve application performance.

⦁ Participate in code reviews and contribute to best coding practices.

⦁ Ensure responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility in UI components.

⦁ Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms (AWS/Heroku

preferred).

Required Skills & Experience:

⦁ 2–3 years of hands-on experience in MERN Stack development.

⦁ Strong proficiency in:

1. React.js (Functional Components, Hooks, State Management)

2. Node.js & Express.js

3. MongoDB (Aggregation, Schema Design, CRUD operations)

⦁ Knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and RESTful APIs.

⦁ Experience using Git / GitHub for version control.

⦁ Understanding of authentication methods (JWT/OAuth).

⦁ Experience with cloud deployment (AWS, DigitalOcean, or similar)

is a plus.

Good to Have:

⦁ Experience with Redux or Context API.

⦁ Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.

⦁ Basic knowledge of Docker.
