Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Full Stack Developer (Male) with 1–3 years of experience to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have strong front-end and back-end development experience, good problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies.
• Collaborate with designers, product teams, and other developers to implement high-quality features.
• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following industry best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
• Integrate third-party APIs and ensure seamless data communication between systems.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Ensure security, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility of applications.

Required Technical Skills

Front-End:

• HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
• Experience with frameworks like React / Angular / Vue

Back-End:

• Node.js / Express.js, or Python / Django / Flask, or Java / Spring Boot
• REST API development

Database:

• MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB

Other Skills:

• Git/GitHub version control
• Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is an advantage

Soft Skills

• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and time management

Preferred Qualifications

• Internship or project experience in full-stack development
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Understanding of UI/UX principles

Salary Range

15,000/- - 30,000/-
