Job Summary This role is the central operations pillar for the Pune office. The Administrative Executive Assistant will manage daily office operations, assign tasks to team members, coordinate with founders, supervise workflow, maintain discipline, and ensure all projects move smoothly. The person will be the “office manager + executive assistant + operations coordinator” in one, responsible for people management, scheduling, reporting, and ensuring the office runs at peak efficiency. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth functioning of all departments. Assign tasks to team members, track progress, and ensure deadlines are met. Act as the primary point of communication between team. Maintain daily reports, performance logs, and project updates. Manage hiring coordination, onboarding, attendance, and basic HR activities. Coordinate office purchases, inventory, maintenance, and vendor management. Schedule meetings, manage calendars, prepare documents, and handle administrative work. Ensure SOPs are followed and update internal processes when needed. Handle confidential information with professionalism. Maintain a clean, organised, productive office environment.
