Mern Full Stack Developer

We are looking for a Mid-Senior Full-Stack MERN developer who can build, scale, and maintain production systems end-to-end. Someone who communicates clearly, takes full ownership of their work, and is comfortable operating independently. You should enjoy solving challenging problems, learning new technologies, and contributing meaningfully to fast-moving projects.

Role & responsibilities

• Work across the entire SDLC, from architecture and development to testing, deployment, and monitoring.
• Build applications that are scalable, secure, low-latency, and highly available.
• Design, build, and consume RESTful APIs and integrate with internal/external services
• Debug and resolve complex issues across the stack to deliver stable, production-grade solutions.
• Collaborate effectively, communicate clearly, and operate independently with strong ownership.
• Plan, break down, and prioritise tasks to meet delivery goals.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate development wherever possible.
• Contribute to frontend development when required (Minor part of the role) and support cross-functional needs.
• Take full responsibility for assigned work and reliably deliver without dependencies on others.

Qualification

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with full-stack development.
• Strong proficiency with JavaScript; experience with TypeScript is a plus.
• Solid experience with MongoDB, Node.js, Express.js, and React.
• Experience with Next.js and modern frontend patterns.
• Experience with Nest.js for structured backend service development.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs and JSON-based communication.
• Strong MongoDB skills and familiarity with SQL databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL).
• Experience with Redis, caching strategies, and WebSocket-based real-time apps.
• Experience with state management (Redux or Recoil).
• Experience deploying applications on AWS, GCP, or on-premises environments.
• Strong practical understanding of Docker, containerization, and image optimisation.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.)
• Knowledge of Kafka for event-driven or queue-based systems (producer/consumer concepts).
• Familiar with environment management, logging, and monitoring.
• Strong communication and documentation habits.
• Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills.
• Familiarity with Python is a plus.
