Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a MERN Developer at Nexprism. The MERN Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust and scalable web applications using the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js) stack. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with cross-functional teams, writing clean and efficient code, optimizing application performance, deploying and managing applications on cloud platforms, and troubleshooting issues as they arise.

Qualifications

Proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, React, Next.js and Node.js
Experience with front-end and back-end development, including RESTful API design and integration
Strong understanding of database design, schema creation, and data modeling
Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud and experience deploying applications to the cloud
Proficient in version control tools like Git and familiarity with agile development methodologies
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
Experience with testing frameworks and tools, such as Jest or Mocha, is an advantage
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams
