Job Description

Job Description In Security and Compliance, your role will be to keep Meritto safe and sound. Your day will involve monitoring systems, implementing protocols, and ensuring compliance with the highest standards to protect our clients and : Assist in developing and implementing comprehensive compliance policies, procedures and controls, to ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. Ensure the policies are communicated and enforced effectively across the company. Help Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify areas of non-compliance and work on the remediation plans as needed. Support the delivery of training sessions to educate employees on compliance requirements and best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate compliance considerations into business processes and systems. Stay up-to-date with changes in relevant laws and regulations and proactively plan the steps to conform, as necessary. Help investigate compliance incidents and support the implementation of corrective actions. Contribute to preparing reports for senior management on the compliance program and any significant issues. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to compliance activities, including audit findings, remediation plans, and training records etc. What Were Looking For Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security or related field; advanced degree or professional certification in compliance or a related field preferred. Minimum of 3 years of experience in information Security compliance management. Proven track record of developing and implementing effective compliance programs and controls. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate compliance risks. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and compliance management software. Comprehensive understanding of Data Privacy Compliances like GDPR etc. and Security Compliances like ISO, SOC 2 etc (ref:hirist.tech) Show more Show less
