-Leading and driving M&A transactions from initiation to closure.
- Conducting due diligence, financial modeling, deal structuring, and negotiations.
- Evaluating strategic fit, synergy assessments, and risk analysis for successful outcomes.
- Collaborating effectively with legal, tax, finance, and business teams for seamless deal closure. - Managing post-deal integration by aligning operations, systems, and teams across functions.
- Tracking integration milestones, synergy capture, and reporting KPIs to senior leadership for informed decision-making.
