Merchant Operations Associate

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end

    merchant onboarding and underwriting

  • Review and verify KYC documents for compliance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve onboarding issues
  • Support merchants with onboarding tools, dashboards, and reports
  • Generate

    daily/weekly/monthly reports

    using

    Advanced Excel

  • Analyze onboarding data and share insights with leadership

Required Skills:

  • Merchant Onboarding & KYC Compliance
  • Operations Management
  • Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Reports)
  • Basic knowledge of Tally ERP
  • Strong coordination and communication skills
