About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused professional to establish and drive our new

Brand Merchandising division, with a focus on safety gears and related merchandising

products. This role is critical in shaping our merchandising strategy, building strong customer

relationships, and creating a long-lasting brand impression in the market.

As part of the Business Development team, the Assistant Manager will be responsible for

developing and executing merchandising plans, identifying growth opportunities, and driving

sales of small but high-impact branded merchandise.

Key Responsibilities

 Merchandising Strategy: Develop and implement strategies for safety gears and other

branded merchandise to strengthen brand recall.

 Customer Engagement: Build long-term relationships with clients and ensure brand

visibility through customized merchandise.

 Sales Development: Identify new markets, generate leads, and convert opportunities into

sales.

 Vendor & Supplier Management: Source, negotiate, and manage vendors for quality,

pricing, and timely delivery of merchandise.

 Product Positioning: Create impactful presentations and catalogs to highlight the

benefits and utility of merchandise.

 Execution & Distribution: Oversee production, branding, and timely distribution of

merchandising items.

 Promotions & BTL Activities: Support marketing campaigns through promotional

merchandise and trade activities.

 Performance Monitoring: Track sales performance, customer satisfaction, and ROI on

merchandising initiatives.

 Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, operations) to

ensure alignment with business goals.
