🚨 We're Hiring: Merchandiser 🚨 Location: Cochin, Kerala (frequent travel to Coimbatore & Bangalore) Experience: Minimum 2 years Salary: ₹4.2 – ₹5.4 LPA + Travel Allowance + Accommodation Immediate Joiners Only Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Merchandising, Fashion Design, or a related field. 3–5 years of experience in merchandising, preferably in the fashion or retail industry. Willingness to travel frequently between Cochin, Coimbatore, and Bangalore. Job Responsibilities: Procurement of Raw Materials : Collect all necessary raw materials from the market, including buttons, threads, zippers, labels, and any other accessories required for production. Vendor Coordination : Identify, evaluate, and maintain good relationships with suppliers to ensure timely availability of high-quality materials at the best prices. Store Management : Oversee the organization and maintenance of the store room. Ensure that all items are properly labeled, stored, and accounted for. Inventory Management : Keep track of stock levels, issue materials as required, and regularly update inventory records. Alert management about low stock or overstock situations. Quality Check : Ensure that all raw materials collected meet the required quality standards before they are used in production. Documentation & Reporting : Maintain accurate records of purchases, stock levels, and daily activities. Provide timely reports to the production or management team.
