Key Responsibilities: Manage the entire order execution process for denim jeans. Handle costing, sampling (fit, PP), and production follow-up. Liaise between international buyers and internal factory teams (production, washing, quality). Ensure on-time delivery and maintain quality standards. Source fabrics and trims as required. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of merchandising experience in a denim jeans factory. In-depth knowledge of denim fabrics, washes, and finishing processes. Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel). Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Preferred: Experience working with factories in the NCR region (like Sahibabad) is a plus.
