Job Description

Qualification Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Designing. Minimum 2 years of experience in apparel design; prior experience in kids wear or women’s wear is a strong advantage Strong proficiency in design tools Solid understanding of garment construction, fit, fabrics, and manufacturing processes Portfolio showcasing relevant design work, especially in kids wear or women's casual categories Job Responsibilities  Design seasonal collections for kids wear and mother’s casual wea r , aligned with the zoul & zera brand identity Conduct market research and trend forecasting to create designs that are fresh, functional, and fashion-forward Develop mood boards, sketches, technical drawings, and detailed tech packs for sampling and production Collaborate with the sourcing, pattern, and production teams to ensure high-quality and timely delivery Participate in fittings and reviews, making design adjustments based on feedback Source fabrics, trims, and materials with a focus on comfort, durability, and aesthetic appeal Work with merchandising and marketing teams to support product storytelling and go-to-market strategies Maintain up-to-date knowledge of fashion trends, materials, and innovations relevant to both kids wear and women’s casual wear Show more Show less
