Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Merchandiser located in Erode. The Merchandiser will be responsible for coordinating with the design and production teams, managing inventory, and ensuring that the products meet the quality standards. Tasks include market research, tracking sales and analyzing trends, liaisoning with vendors and customers, and assisting with product development and marketing strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Sales and Retail
• Knowledge of Marketing strategies and trends
• Proficiency in market research and trend analysis
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Experience in the textile or apparel industry is a plus
