Merchandiser — Pink City Prints, Jaipur (Full-time)

Location: Civil Lines, Jaipur

About us: Pink City Prints is a London based brand creating beautiful craft made womenswear using organic cottons and linens. We work to the highest standards and celebrate Indian craft and slow fashion.

The role

You will keep sampling and production running smoothly and on time, liaising across our suppliers, Jaipur studio, and UK team. You will own the Time and Action plan, anticipate risks, keep production moving and on time whilst maintaining quality at every stage.

Key responsibilities

Maintain and update the TNA daily with complete, accurate information.

Coordinate sampling, PPS fits, and production hand-offs with suppliers, sharing clear feedback and timelines.

Track trims, fabric, and approvals to ensure timely dispatches.

Perform QC checks on samples and production to ensure quality is “up to the mark.”

Troubleshoot issues early, propose solutions, and keep team informed.

Prepare and circulate production reports and tracker sheets.

Keep product data, specs, and BOMs organised and current.

Support smooth logistics and on-time deliveries.

Communicatee daily with each supplier.

Co-ordinate shipping with shippers and factories.

About you

4+ years’ experience in merchandising within craft-based textiles or apparel.

Strong technical understanding of garment construction and production processes.

Excellent written and spoken English and clear communication and suppliers.

Advanced Excel and general computer skills; comfortable with trackers and reporting.

Exceptionally organised, detail-driven, and proactive in problem solving.

Passionate about slow fashion and promoting Indian crafts.

A team player who contributes to a positive, productive, and supportive workplace.
