Merchandiser

As a Merchandiser at our Jewelry Production Company in Jaipur, you will play a key role in planning and managing the presentation and distribution of our jewelry products. Working closely with design, production, and sales teams, you will ensure that our products align with market demands, are competitively priced, and are strategically positioned to drive sales and profitability. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with design and production teams to curate jewelry collections based on market trends, customer preferences, and sales data. By conducting thorough market research, you will gain insights into market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform product development and merchandising strategies effectively. Additionally, you will coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to streamline the sourcing of materials and production processes, ensuring timely and cost-effective operations. Managing inventory levels will be crucial to maintain optimal stock availability while implementing stock control measures to prevent overstock or stockouts. Developing and executing promotional strategies, such as marketing campaigns, special offers, and in-store displays, will be part of your role to drive sales and enhance brand visibility. You will also analyze sales data to evaluate product performance, identify bestsellers, and adjust merchandising strategies accordingly. Staying updated on industry trends and consumer behavior is essential to continuously enhance our product offerings and merchandising techniques. The ideal candidate for this role should possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field, along with proven experience in merchandising, preferably within the jewelry or fashion industry. Key qualifications include strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent organizational and project management abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and merchandising software, effective communication and negotiation skills, as well as a creative mindset with an eye for design and detail.
