Merchandiser

You will be responsible for the following tasks: - **Product Development**: - Developing new garment styles and embroidery techniques based on themes and trends provided by the buyer. - **Range Development**: - Submitting new ranges to the buyer for selection. - Communicating buyer's requirements to masters, embroiderers, tailors, etc. - Developing files for new styles including fabric, laces, embroidery techniques, sizes, measurements, and trims for collection. - **Costing & Negotiations**: - Submitting costing for sampling range. - Negotiating prices to ensure profitable business and achieve financial targets. - **Ordering of Fabric**: - Placing orders for greige fabrics once the order is confirmed. - Creating dyeing and printing programs for the order. - **Handling Lab Test**: - Conducting lab tests for buyers according to their standards. - Formatting wash care instructions for each style as required. - **Sampling & Production**: - Submitting approval samples for trims. - Planning production by creating critical paths and T & A plans. - Ensuring timely shipment. In addition to the job responsibilities, this is a Full-time, Permanent position with a Day shift schedule located in Gurgaon, Haryana. You must have at least 3 years of total work experience, specifically in Merchandising, to be considered for this role. The expected start date for this position is 17/03/2025.
