Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with buyers, suppliers, and production teams to ensure smooth order execution.
• Manage the entire merchandising process from order confirmation to shipment.
• Source fabrics, trims, and accessories as per buyer requirements.
• Monitor production timelines to ensure on-time delivery.
• Conduct quality checks and resolve any production or shipment issues.
• Negotiate costs with suppliers and vendors to optimize profitability.
• Maintain clear communication with international buyers and internal teams.
• Prepare costing sheets, purchase orders, and other necessary documentation.
• Ensure compliance with buyer specifications and company standards.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in merchandising for knitted garments (T-shirts, Sweaters, Undergarments, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of fabrics, knitting, dyeing, and garment production processes.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in English (both written and verbal).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with ERP software is a plus.
