Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Merchandiser role located in Chandigarh. The Merchandiser will be responsible for managing product displays, maintaining optimal stock levels, and implementing effective sales strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and drive revenue. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with the sales and marketing teams, analyzing market trends, and ensuring the visual appeal of products to improve in-store customer experiences.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs
Experience in Sales and Retail to manage product inventory, pricing, and promotions effectively
Knowledge of Marketing strategies to contribute to campaigns and enhance store performance
Attention to detail, organizational skills, and familiarity with market trends
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
Previous merchandising experience is an advantage
