Source fabrics, trims, and accessories as per buyer requirements. Monitor production timelines to ensure on-time delivery. Conduct quality checks and resolve any production or shipment issues. Negotiate costs with suppliers and vendors to optimize profitability. Maintain clear communication with international buyers and internal teams. Prepare costing sheets, purchase orders, and other necessary documentation. Ensure compliance with buyer specifications and company standards. Requirements: 3+ years of experience in merchandising for knitted garments (T-shirts, Sweaters, Undergarments, etc.). Strong knowledge of fabrics, knitting, dyeing, and garment production processes. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in English (both written and verbal). Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
