Merchandise Specialist

The primary responsibility of this position is to ensure 100% adherence to all processes and guidelines outlined in the SOPs and Membership policy. It is crucial to verify that all vendors involved in marketing and membership activities comply with the company's policies. Achieving targets for New Sign-ups, Buying Members, and Renewals for the store is a key objective. Market Planning & Activation is an essential aspect of this role, along with ensuring accurate reporting in the specified formats and within the designated timelines. Timely execution and precise reporting of membership activities are critical for success. Providing local support for the implementation of marketing initiatives is also part of the job. Collaboration with the HO Operations Team is required to ensure that execution aligns with the guidelines provided. Additionally, proposing local initiatives and closely working with the HO Marketing team to increase walk-ins are essential tasks. Identifying and reporting any faded, torn, or damaged signage promptly is crucial for corrective actions. Coordinating with external vendors and the HO marketing team to guarantee timely and accurate execution is necessary. Monitoring competition and reporting findings, conducting Member research both inside and outside the store, and facilitating the hiring of associates are part of the responsibilities. Leading a team of associates managing the membership desk and developing a well-trained and motivated team are crucial aspects of this role.,
