Merchandise Specialist

As a Store Merchandiser at Pernia's Pop-Up Shop, you will play a crucial role in analyzing sales patterns, managing designer on-boarding, and enhancing operational efficiency. Your responsibilities will include: - Analyzing the sales pattern of the stores/online to review customer buying trends. - Managing end-to-end designer on-boarding process. - Overseeing day-to-day management of designers to improve operational efficiency and drive sales. - Negotiating effectively in markdown and closely monitoring inventory to maximize profitability. - Planning and executing promotions for designated designers in collaboration with the marketing team. - Monitoring client orders and alterations, providing guidance to other merchandisers in resolving client issues and challenging situations. Additionally, proficiency in MS Office/Excel is required for this role. Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator/Photoshoot is considered an advantage but not mandatory.
