Our team uses Building Information Modeling (BIM) methodologies to create accurate and detailed 3D models that simulate real-world environments. By integrating virtual environments, we help clients visualize and evaluate projects to streamline decision-making and minimize design risks. Our services include clash detection, quantity takeoffs, construction sequencing, energy analysis, and facility management. We are committed to sustainability and delivering comprehensive solutions to optimize resource use and improve project efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an MEPF Revit Expert located in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar. The MEPF Revit Expert will be responsible for creating and managing MEPF (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Firefighting) models using Revit software. Daily tasks include developing and coordinating detailed 3D models, performing clash detection, performing quantity takeoffs, and ensuring model accuracy and compliance with project specifications. Additionally, the role involves facilitating project coordination, collaborating with design and construction teams, and providing technical support and guidance in BIM methodologies.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Revit software and experience with MEPF modeling
Ability to perform clash detection and quantity takeoffs
Strong project coordination and collaboration skills
Understanding of construction processes and MEPF systems
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
Previous experience in BIM methodologies and project management is advantageous
