Role Overview: You will be responsible for understanding the basic design concepts related to Electrical, ELV, FTTH, Solar, DG, sub-station, Low & Medium voltage distribution for residential & commercial buildings. This includes analyzing design built drawings, value engineering, techno-commercial aspects, maintenance, Electricity act, and NBC. Additionally, you will study BOQ and Tenders, provide comments for Vendor finalization, and manage Vendors from kick-off meetings to project handover while ensuring day-to-day management, resource management, and schedule management as per MSP and senior management requirements. Your role will also involve resolving site issues by coordinating with stakeholders such as Civil, Finishing, Structural, Architect, Consultant, BMC, Electrical Inspector, Customer, Sales team, Contract team, design, safety, and quality team. Effective communication with Power Supply Agency, BMC, MERC, and MPCB will be essential. Furthermore, you will focus on cost-effective solutions, innovative thinking, and digital acumen. Your motivation to grow within the organization, sharing knowledge with colleagues, and assisting subordinates in their career progression are crucial aspects of the role. Moreover, you should be capable of independent billing and audit.
