Responsible for leading and managing all Testing & Commissioning (T&C) activities across data center projects in India, from pre-commissioning to final handover. Develops and implements T&C strategies, schedules, and procedures to ensure systems meet design intent, operational requirements, and client specifications. Oversees multi-disciplinary commissioning teams, coordinates with design, project execution, operations, OEMs, and third-party agencies. Ensures compliance with statutory norms, industry standards, and safety protocols during commissioning. Reviews and approves commissioning documentation, method statements, and test reports. Troubleshoots technical issues, validates performance, and ensures seamless integration of MEP, electrical, IT, and control systems. Drives quality, efficiency, and on-time completion, ensuring smooth transition to operations. Requires strong engineering background with 12+ years’ experience in large-scale infrastructure or mission-critical facilities, including at least 5 years in a commissioning leadership role.
