Position Summary

As a key member of the Project Management Team

technical and managerial responsibilities

Experience

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree

  in

  Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

• Proficiency in AutoCAD

  and

  MS Office

Core Responsibilities

Major Work Areas:

• HVAC Systems
• Electrical Installations
• Fire Fighting Systems
• Plumbing and Drainage Systems
• Low Voltage / ELV Systems

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Execute and oversee all MEP services on-site in line with approved drawings and standards.
• Prepare, review, and coordinate

  shop drawings

  and

  as-built drawings

  as per consultant/client requirements.
• Log and update all

  MEP changes and as-built data

  on field drawings.
• Prepare and submit

  weekly/monthly progress reports

  covering work status, manpower, and material usage.
• Review and verify

  Bill of Materials (BOM)

  and ensure proper resource planning.
• Conduct regular site inspections and review contractor schedules related to MEP works.
• Participate in

  technical, coordination, and progress meetings

  with the project team and clients.
• Support the

  Project Manager

  with technical advice and cost-related inputs for variation claims.
• Perform

  final project snagging

  and prepare defect lists for contractor rectification.
• Ensure compliance with

  HSE standards

  , project quality requirements, and deadlines.
• Demonstrate

  strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

  to lead multidisciplinary teams.

Preferred Skills

• In-depth understanding of

  MEP design and installation practices

  .
• Strong interpersonal and leadership capabilities to manage site teams.
• Ability to handle

  multiple projects

  simultaneously under tight schedules.
• Familiarity with

  international project environments

  (experience in the Maldives or GCC is a plus).
