MEP Manager

We are looking for an experienced MEP Manager with a Mechanical Engineering background and strong expertise in MEP services for healthcare and infrastructure projects. The candidate will be responsible for overall planning, coordination, and management of MEP works at site, ensuring timely completion in line with quality, safety, and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end MEP works at site.
• Coordinate with civil and architectural teams, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
• Review and approve MEP design, shop, and GFC drawings.
• Oversee execution, testing, commissioning, and final handover of all MEP systems.
• Ensure compliance with IS Codes, NBC, CPWD, HCF, and healthcare standards.
• Monitor and control project schedules, budgets, quality, and site HSE compliance.
• Lead MEP teams and present regular progress reports to management and clients.

Required Qualifications

• Education: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (MEP specialization preferred).

Experience

• Minimum 15+ years of experience in MEP execution for hospitals, healthcare infrastructure, large commercial, or high-rise projects.

Software Skills

• AutoCAD – layout review, coordination, and mark-ups
• MS Excel – tracking, reporting, BOQ & quantity management
• MS Project / Primavera – planning & scheduling (preferred)

Technical Knowledge

• HVAC, Plumbing & Drainage, Fire Fighting
• Electrical Load Distribution & Coordination
• MGPS, AMTS, CSSD, Medical Equipment Coordination
• Construction Project Management and Site HSE norms

Soft Skills

• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Leadership skills with the ability to mentor junior team members
• Effective stakeholder and contractor management skills
