Experience:-

1. Experience in operation and maintenance of common utility services.

2. Handling of transition (HOTO) activity for all technical equipments.

3. Operation and Maintenance of Large scale Residential complex.

4. Experience of STP, WTP, Fire Fighting system, Club House operations and complete responsibility

for equipment up time.

5. Planning and execute PPM (Planned Preventive Maintenance), reactive maintenance and break

down activities for all critical equipment, coordinating with vendors/contractors for getting the service

done for the equipment as per the schedule.

6. Work experience in trainings, vendor management, AMC, audits and EHS.

7. Preparing and record of AMC/DLP Tracker, Asset List and Inventory of tools/Consumables/Spare

parts and work out for cost optimization.

8. Preparing/record of Daily and Monthly Management Report, PPM Calendar, Checklist, Logbook,

SOPs, defect tracker, Incident Report, HIRA, RCA & Trainings calendar.

Preferred candidate profile

• Mechanical System:- HVAC, TFA, FCU, VAV, VRF, VAV, Duct able AC, Split AC, Tower AC, PAC,
• Ventilation fans, Kitchen ventilation system, Air curtains, air blower, refrigerators, Pressure pump,
• Vacuum pump, WTP, Hydro pneumatic system, STP, RO plant, Hot water system.
• Electrical Equipment: -Operation and maintenance of RMU, HT Transformers , Diesel
• Generators- up to 2000 KVA, LT panels, motors, invertors, MDBs, PDBs, APFC panel, UPS, CT,
• PT, Relays, Battery banks, VFD, panel installation and cabling, T & C of electrical equipment, Lights
• operation.
• Switchgear: -Operation and maintenance of H.T panels of 33 KV/11KV, SF6, VCB, ACB, MCCB,
• MCB, RCCB, MPCB.
• Fire protection and firefighting system: - Ensure Healthiness Smoke detector, multi detectors,
• Sprinkler, hydrant, jockey, diesel pump, fire extinguishers.
• Water Chemistry: Maintaining water quality as per equipment healthiness requirement.
• BMS System: Intercom, FAS, HVAC system, energy management.
