Job Description

Position Title: MEP Manager

Location: Royapettah, Chennai

Face to Face interview is mandatory

Role & responsibilities

The MEP lead will assist Head Projects in the overall MEP design, execution, and preparation of estimates, BOQs, vendor evaluation, bill certification and closure.
Responsible for the preparation of SLDs, Light Looping layout, Power & floor raceway , FAS, FPS, CCTV, PA system, Intruder alarm, Cable tray layout & power panel arrangement, Equipment layouts & HVAC layouts
To prepare & standardise BOQs with quantities and rates based on rate analysis workings.
Preparation of Electrical & heat load sheets based on design requirement.
Equipment specification, selection, vendor drawings review, purchase, factory test, start-up and commissioning support.
Assist Head projects in creation of SOPs for the complete cycle of design to execution.
Implementing detailed engineering MEP activities, finalization of requirements and specifications. Preparing technical specifications, scope and deliverables, estimates and based on requirements generated during detailed engineering of the project
Onsite monitoring and execution of projects
Vendor follow ups for projects
