MEP Engineer

Position – MEP Engineer (Mid to Senior Level)

Experience Required – 10Yrs to 12 Yrs

Job Location – PAN India

Key Skills – Installation, Testing, Commissioning of MEP items & Client Coordination (Preferred - Tunnel Exp)

Role & Responsibilities

·      Responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

·      Responsible for monitoring and supervise firefighting system work.

·      Ensure that all MEP systems are functioning efficiently and safely.

·      Conducting site inspections, manage project doc including reports, preparing detailed drawings and specifications, and ensuring compliance

·      Interacts closely with project teams, site staff, and clients to resolve any issues that arise during construction or operation. 

·      Managing staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage for maintenance tasks, and responding to customer complaints related to MEP systems.

·      Conduct feasibility studies and cost analysis for MEP projects.

Operations & Maintenance Experience:

·      Operation & Maintenance -DG /LV/Fire detection/Fire -Fighting System/Lighting /UPS Systems,

·      Capable of doing calibration of difference electrical /electronic equipment.

·      SMPS Fault rectification.

Tunnel Experience:

·      Installation ,Testing ,Commissioning of Jet Fans ,Ventilation Sensor ,Tunnel Lighting ,HV & LV Cables/Fire detection system/Telecom panels/sensor of fire extinguisher/motor detector for lighting/Battery Bank .

·      Capable of doing calibration of difference electrical /electronic equipment.

·      SMPS Fault rectification

Required Skills

·      Strong knowledge of MEP systems

·      Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM

Qualifications

·      B.Tech (Electrical) preferred
