Job Description

Develop and review MEP designs and layouts in coordination with architectural and interior design teams for corporate office interiors.
Ensure MEP systems are efficiently integrated within the constraints of the interior design concept.
Partly participate in Prepare MEP drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications for tender and construction.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors for MEP system planning and execution.
Conduct site inspections to ensure MEP installations align with approved designs and safety standards.
Manage technical submittals, RFIs, and MEP shop drawing reviews.
Ensure compliance with local building codes, sustainability standards (e.g., LEED), and health & safety regulations.
Participate in project meetings, report progress, and resolve technical issues.
Provide technical support during construction and post-construction phases (testing, commissioning, handover).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
