The ideal candidate will oversee the design, coordination, and execution of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems for high-rise residential projects, ensuring compliance with codes, cost-efficiency, and quality standards. Key Responsibilities:Review and validate MEP designs and specifications in coordination with design teams. Ensure compliance with building codes, safety norms, and sustainability standards. Evaluate HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire-fighting, and ELV systems. Oversee on-site execution of MEP works and coordinate with vendors and civil teams. Monitor project timelines, material procurement, and budget. Conduct inspections, ensure quality control, and supervise testing and commissioning. Train facility teams for MEP system operations and maintenance. Required Skills & Tools:Strong knowledge of HVAC, fire-fighting, ELV, and plumbing systems. Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit MEP, MS Project. Strong project management, coordination, and communication skills.
