✅ Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed MEP/Plumbing/HVAC layouts using AutoCAD MEP.

• Convert IFC drawings into precise shop drawings.

• Coordinate with architectural and structural teams.

• Ensure compliance with project and industry standards.

• Support project delivery within deadlines.

🎓 Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Building Services Engineering or related field.

• 1–3 years of relevant experience.

• Strong command of AutoCAD MEP.

• Sound knowledge of plumbing & HVAC systems.

• Experience working with IFC to shop drawing conversions is a must.

• Team player with attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
