Are you an experienced MEP Engineer passionate about building high-quality, energy-efficient, and smart luxury homes? Join us at Fynday Homes as we bring to life one of Edappally’s most serene villa communities – Urban Serenity Villas.

Your Role

• Oversee execution of all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works on-site
• Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, and contractors for seamless project integration
• Monitor site progress, ensure quality control, and comply with local standards
• Manage subcontractors, BOQs, and material planning efficiently
• Provide sustainable and cost-effective MEP solutions for premium villas

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• 3+ years experience in residential MEP project execution (villa/apartment projects preferred)
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, site coordination, and local compliance codes
• Detail-oriented and passionate about quality
• Candidates based in/near Kochi preferred
