Sr. Sales Engineer

Position: Sales Manager

Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in real estate sales

Qualification: Bachelor's degree preferred (Business/Marketing/Real Estate)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end sales of premium villas and residential projects
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets
• Lead follow-up with leads generated from campaigns and inquiries
• Conduct site visits, explain project details, and build strong client relationships
• Negotiate deals, assist with documentation, and close sales efficiently
• Maintain records using CRM tools and provide regular sales reports
• Assist in managing Instagram, Facebook, Google Ads, and other digital platforms.
• Coordinate with marketing and CRM teams to streamline conversion flow

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to close high-value deals
• Deep understanding of the Kochi/Kerala real estate market
• Self-driven with a results-oriented mindset
• Fluency in Malayalam and English

Salary: Best in industry + attractive incentives
