Job Description

Position: Finishing Engineer Company: Fynday Projects LLP Location: Kochi, Kerala Experience: Minimum 3 years in residential finishing works Qualification: B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field Key Responsibilities: Oversee finishing activities including plastering, painting, tiling, false ceiling, doors/windows installation, etc. Ensure high-quality finishing standards as per project requirements Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to maintain timelines Monitor site execution for aesthetics, detailing, and workmanship Prepare punch lists and ensure timely completion of finishing-related works Resolve site issues related to interior finishes Required Skills: Strong eye for detail and quality control Thorough knowledge of construction finishing materials and methods Ability to manage time and multitask on-site Good communication and team coordination skills Salary: As per industry standards Employment Type: Full-Time Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person Application Deadline: 15/06/2025 Expected Start Date: 20/06/2025
