Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Supervise and execute all finishing works including plastering, painting, tiling, flooring, false ceiling, joinery, and other interior works.
Ensure work quality as per drawings, specifications, and project standards.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors for timely completion.
Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and update management.
Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and cost control measures.
Conduct quality checks and resolve site issues effectively.
Coordinate with MEP teams for proper finishing and service alignments.
Manage material planning, verification, and usage at site.
Ensure timely completion of snag lists and handover of units.

Preferred candidate profile

Strong knowledge of finishing materials, techniques, and quality standards.
Ability to read and interpret drawings.
Site supervision and team coordination skills.
Good communication and problem-solving ability.
Knowledge of construction safety practices.
