Develops and implements program activities, coordinates efforts of contractors, subcontractors and consultants and resolves problems in area of finishing to ensure meeting of contractual commitments. 7. Monitor performance of contractors and suppliers 8. To implement and ensure maintenance of quality management systems for projects 9. To carry out Technical supervision of ongoing Civil & Finishing work at all stages 10. Guide / Instruct Junior engineer / Supervisor to prepare required fields and reports pertaining to project 11. To check the quality of all the materials received on site and prepare quality reports, defects, if any 12. To check the stacking and storage of materials in various go downs and stores of the site with neatness 13. To coordinate testing of materials wherever applicable and ensure specified quality standards are adhered to 14. To coordinate with different contractors, agencies to maintain and improve quality of construction work 15. To prepare MIS on monthly basis, monthly consumption reports, daily progress report
