We pride ourselves on our commitment to excellence and innovation. Role Description Prepare detailed MEP design drawings for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Coordinate MEP layouts with architectural and structural designs. Develop HVAC system designs including duct layout, sizing, and equipment selection. Design electrical systems including lighting, power distribution, and fire alarms. Create plumbing system designs including water supply, drainage, and sanitation. Ensure all designs comply with local codes, standards, and regulations. Perform load calculations for electrical and HVAC systems. Select appropriate materials and equipment based on project requirements. Collaborate with architects, civil engineers, and other disciplines for integrated design. Revise designs based on feedback from consultants, site engineers, or clients. Support in preparing BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and technical specifications. Assist in preparing tender documents and construction drawings. Attend coordination meetings with project stakeholders. Provide design support during project execution and resolve technical issues. Conduct site visits for design validation and coordination. Maintain documentation and drawing records for all MEP services. Use software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and other design platforms. Review and ensure quality and accuracy of MEP design deliverables. Coordinate with vendors and manufacturers for system components.
