Aptitude Reasoning & Soft Skills (Mentor 1) 2. Technical Skills – MERN Stack, Java, DSA, and Computer Essentials (Mentor 2) These roles involve classroom instruction, hands-on guidance, and personalized mentoring to prepare students for placements and technical careers. Mentor 1 : Aptitude Reasoning & Soft Skills Key Responsibilities: Conduct engaging sessions on Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Verbal Ability. Deliver soft skills training (communication, presentation, body language, group discussions, interview skills). Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback. Prepare practice materials, mock tests, and role-plays. Encourage and build confidence among students for campus placements. Qualifications & Skills: Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline. Certification or experience in communication/soft skills training preferred. Strong interpersonal, verbal, and presentation skills. Proven experience in aptitude coaching or placement training. Mentor 2: Technical – MERN Stack, Java, DSA, Computer Essentials Key Responsibilities: Deliver practical and theoretical sessions on MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js), Core Java, and Data Structures & Algorithms. Teach basic computer science concepts (OS, DBMS, Networking). Provide mentorship for technical projects and hands-on assignments. Conduct assessments, code reviews, and technical interview prep.
