Role & Responsibilities

🎯 Mentorship & Strategy

Conduct weekly group mentorship sessions and 1:1 mentorship sessions every 10 days.

Create structured preparation plans aligned to UPSC standards.

✍️ Copy Evaluation & Analys

isEvaluate answer copies, PYQs, and sectional/full-length tests with detailed, actionable feedback

Help students develop UPSC-standard answer-writing skills

📚 Content Developme

ntCreate test-series questions, notes, and model answers

Contribute short/long-form video lectures for YouTube & internal learning platforms

🌐 Community Interacti

onEngage through Telegram discussions, doubt resolution, quizzes & strategy talks

Track student progress and keep them motivated throughout the preparation cycle

Eligibility Criter

iaStrong subject expertise in Sociology / Anthropology / PSIR

Must have scored 260+ marks in Optional papers (Interview-appeared preferred)

Experience with answer writing & evaluation is highly desirable

Excellent written & verbal communication skills

Teaching or mentoring experience preferred
