Role Overview

As a Membership Sales Consultant, you will be the face of the brand for walk-in clients and inquiries. Your role will focus on consultative selling, understanding client needs, and guiding them to choose the right fitness plans. You will also ensure an outstanding experience for every member, reflecting the brand’s luxury and premium standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage walk-in customers, inquiries, and referrals with a warm and professional approach.
• Understand client fitness goals and lifestyle requirements to recommend suitable membership plans.
• Present and explain membership options, pricing, and benefits in a clear, premium manner.
• Achieve monthly sales and membership targets through consultative selling.
• Build long-term client relationships, ensuring high member satisfaction and retention.
• Follow up with leads, schedule consultations, and maintain accurate client records in CRM.
• Support the client servicing team in ensuring smooth onboarding of new members.
• Represent the brand at events, promotions, and member engagement activities when required.

Key Requirements

• Graduate degree preferred (Business, Hospitality, or related fields is a plus).
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, client servicing, or luxury customer-facing roles (fitness, hospitality, or lifestyle brands preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust quickly.
• A polished, professional appearance and demeanor to match the brand’s premium positioning.
• Target-driven mindset with a consultative approach to sales.
• Passion for fitness, wellness, and luxury lifestyle is highly desirable.
