Job Description

Helping the customers solve their queries over calls.
Providing proper solutions and ensuring utmost customer satisfaction.
Provide technical support to the customers.
Identifying and fixing issues with software, hardware, networks or television domain.
Addressing customer concerns, complaints, and inquiries in a professional and compassionate manner

Preferred candidate profile: Immediate joiners

Salient Features:

Day Rotational: Between 8 AM and 10 PM (For Female till 8 PM)

6 working days working and 1 day rotational off.

CTC: Upto 24k

Education & Experience Qualifications for Multiple

Diploma/Graduate
Min 6months Experience in Television Technician
Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
English + Hindi is mandatory
