Role & responsibilities

Work on
interested leads
provided by the company (no cold calling)
Call customers, understand their insurance requirements, and offer suitable solutions
Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly
Maintain customer follow-ups and ensure end-to-end closure
Achieve daily/monthly sales and revenue targets
Provide excellent customer experience during and after the sale
Maintain records and update CRM regularly

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum Qualification: Intermediate
Language:

Marathi mandatory
Good communication and convincing skills
Basic computer knowledge
Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply
Target-oriented and positive attitude

What We Offer

Salary: 21000 to 30000 PM (Fixed)
