Hi Jobseekers,

We are hiring for multiple Voice, Chat & Back Office positions for leading company in India. Candidates will handle customer queries , KYC verification, sales assistance or support functions depending on the project assigned.

Thane /Airoli /Navi Mumbai

Salary Details

16,500 to 35,000 In-Hand (Based on qualifications & experience)
Unlimited Incentives available for sales-based roles

Shift & Week Off

Day Shift available for Domestic Banking/Insurance
US Shift for International Voice/Chat/Back Office
Rotational Week Off

Qualification

HSC / Graduate / Undergraduate (depending on process)
Freshers allowed for selected roles (Graduates preferred)

Communication Requirements

Excellent English communication is mandatory
Versant Level 3 or above (as applicable)

Responsibilities

Handle customer queries via voice/chat/back office
Support customers for banking, insurance or international services
Complete KYC, verification, and documentation as per guidelines
Maintain quality, compliance & customer satisfaction
Meet daily/weekly performance targets (sales/support)
