Key Responsibilities:

• Design, synthesize, and optimize chemical compounds with potential therapeutic or bioactive properties.
• Conduct laboratory experiments involving organic synthesis, purification, and compound characterization (NMR, IR, HPLC, MS).
• Collaborate with microbiologists, pharmacologists, and formulation scientists to test and evaluate compounds.
• Support the development of new formulations, nutraceuticals, and biotech-based healthcare products.
• Maintain detailed experimental records and prepare technical reports.
• Ensure laboratory safety and compliance with internal and external regulatory standards.
• Review current research literature to identify new trends and technologies relevant to medicinal chemistry and biotechnology.
• Participate in product development meetings and contribute to innovation initiatives at Vastu Vihar Biotech.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education:

  M.Sc. / M.Pharm / Ph.D. in Medicinal Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, or related discipline.

• Experience:

  1–5 years of experience in medicinal chemistry, pharmaceutical R&D, or related biotech research.
• Strong knowledge of organic synthesis, reaction mechanisms, and compound characterization techniques.
• Familiarity with biochemistry and pharmacological testing methods preferred.
• Good documentation, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a multidisciplinary team.
