HEALING VOYAGES LLP is expanding into medical tourism, aiming to connect quality healthcare facilities in India with domestic and international patients seeking affordable, accredited medical care. Our focus is to build partnerships with hospitals, diagnostic centers, and primary healthcare facilities while developing a seamless patient experience ecosystem — from inquiry to recovery.

Role Overview

The selected candidate will play a key role in establishing and operationalizing the firm’s medical tourism vertical, acting as a bridge between healthcare providers and patients (domestic and international). The candidate should have an understanding of the medical tourism process, including patient coordination, hospital tie-ups, treatment packages, and aftercare management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop linkages with hospitals, primary healthcare centers, and specialty clinics across India for empanelment under the firm’s medical tourism network.
• Identify and liaise with international and domestic patient referral agencies, travel partners, and insurance facilitators.
• Assist in developing treatment packages, pricing strategies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Manage patient inquiries — from initial contact, consultation coordination, travel assistance, to discharge follow-up.
• Maintain relationships with hospital administrators, doctors, and government health departments where required.
• Support in developing marketing collaterals and online outreach for international patients.
• Ensure compliance with applicable health regulations, patient confidentiality norms, and ethical medical tourism practices.
• Contribute to proposal development and partnership documentation for institutional tie-ups.

Qualifications & Skills

• Preferable: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management / Public Health / Business Administration / Tourism Management or related field.
• 3–7 years of relevant experience in medical tourism, hospital international patient services, healthcare marketing, or liaison roles.
• Understanding of India’s healthcare infrastructure, including public and private systems.
• Ability to coordinate across multi-disciplinary teams — doctors, facilitators, logistics providers, and patients.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in English.
• Comfortable working in a start-up / new-vertical environment.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience working with hospitals or facilitators that cater to international patients.
• Knowledge of healthcare accreditation standards (NABH, JCI).
• Familiarity with visa and travel facilitation for medical tourists.
• Experience in preparing MoUs, partnership proposals, or vendor tie-ups.
