Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly organized and compassionate Medical Tourism Coordinator to assist international and domestic patients with medical travel services. The ideal candidate will coordinate between hospitals, patients, doctors, and travel service providers to ensure a smooth and stress-free experience for patients seeking medical treatment in India.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with hospitals and clinics to arrange medical appointments and treatment plans
• Assist patients in planning travel, accommodation, and transportation
• Communicate with patients and their families regarding treatment, cost estimates, and itineraries
• Handle documentation such as medical records, visa support, insurance paperwork, etc.
• Provide pre-arrival and post-treatment assistance to patients
• Serve as a point of contact between patients and healthcare providers
• Follow up with hospitals and patients for feedback and continued support

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field
• 2–5 years of experience in medical tourism, hospital administration, or travel coordination
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English & Hindi; knowledge of foreign languages is a plus)
• Basic knowledge of medical procedures and healthcare systems
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable handling international clients and sensitive information

Salary: ₹15,000–₹40,000/month (Based on experience)
