6. Patient Experience & Engagement

  • Ensure patient satisfaction by monitoring service quality, TATs, and grievance redressal.
  • Oversee implementation of patient feedback mechanisms and service recovery.
  • Role & responsibilities

Qualified MBBS with high integrity & compassion, leveraging over 10+ years of rich experience in managing Hospital Operations, Health Administration, P&L Management, Planning, Commissioning & Starting of Projects to enhance market share, accomplish multiple digit growth of revenue through short-term & long-term planning Broad-based expertise in the areas of budget planning, management of all statutory compliances, medico-legal issues and cost-effective operations with assurance of delivering quality services to the patients Visionary professional with skills that reflects year-on-year success in achieving business growth objectives and maximizing the competitive strength for long-term success Comprehensive experience in overseeing day-to-day operations with the goal of providing high- quality and efficient medical service to patients Proficiency in managing medical services & operations with key focus on bottom line profitability & patient satisfaction.

1. Clinical Leadership & Governance

  • Oversee all clinical services to ensure safe, ethical, and quality care delivery.
  • Act as the liaison between the clinical staff and hospital management.
  • Implement standard treatment protocols, clinical audits, and evidence-based medical practices.
  • Drive clinical excellence and patient safety programs.
  • Supervise and guide Heads of Departments (HODs) in clinical operations.

2. Hospital Operations Management

  • Lead the day-to-day operations of the hospital unit, ensuring smooth functioning across all departments (OPD, IPD, Emergency, Diagnostics, Pharmacy, etc.).
  • Optimize operational efficiency through process improvement and resource management.
  • Coordinate support services including housekeeping, security, F&B, and biomedical engineering.

3. Strategic & Business Planning

  • Develop and implement short- and long-term strategic plans aligned with corporate goals.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and P&L responsibility for the unit.
  • Identify and drive growth initiatives such as service line expansion and revenue enhancement.

4. Compliance & Quality Assurance

  • Ensure adherence to NABH/NABL and other healthcare regulatory standards.
  • Monitor hospital accreditation, audits, and clinical quality indicators.
  • Maintain statutory compliance with medical councils, pollution control, fire safety, etc.

5. Human Resource & Team Management

  • Lead recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of clinical and non-clinical staff.
  • Build a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
  • Mediate conflicts and ensure professional conduct across departments
