Job Description

As a Medical Superintendent at our company, your role will involve overseeing Medical Administration and Clinical Operations, guiding policy implementation/SOPs, and closely collaborating with department heads. You will be required to possess the following qualifications and skills: Key Responsibilities: - Only MBBS with a post-graduate degree (MD, MPH, MHA, or MBA in Healthcare) - Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and contribute to strategic hospital initiatives - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Well-aware about NABH/JCI compliance - Medico Legal Compliances - Academics Qualifications Required: - MBBS with a post-graduate degree (MD, MPH, MHA, or MBA in Healthcare) - Minimum of 10-15 years of clinical and administrative experience Please note that this position will be based out of Medanta Hospital, Lucknow, and you will be reporting to the Vice President of Operations. The job is full-time from Monday to Saturday, and no accommodation facility is provided by the company.,
